Well hello!

I’m a strategic digital design leader with expertise in crafting visually-driven storytelling, complete with graphics and UI/UX solutions that drive engagement for both B2B and B2C audiences. I focus on designing intuitive, elegant, and impactful user experiences that simplify complex data and enhance communication.

As Lead Creative for Digital News at the Associated Press, I guide a team of designers and developers in delivering innovative solutions that address both immediate and long-term editorial needs. I’ve spearheaded initiatives in crisis mapping and implemented a data visualization training program for AP reporters, optimizing content production while incorporating deep subject matter insights into our visual storytelling. My approach prioritizes delivering meaningful, actionable information that resonates with diverse audiences and drives measurable results.

Leading by design:

  • I've developed and implemented the AP Digital News team's design system as well as multiple style guides.

  • Launched and designed the new AP brand color palette in collaboration with the Global Creative Director and Brand.

  • Member of the design committee responsible for the creation of AP's own proprietary variable font.

  • Redesigned story article pages and features for the AP's relaunched consumer facing website.

After spending a number of years in Brooklyn and Queens, I now live on Long Island with my husband and our miniature schnauzer, Oliver. I love gaming (always have), being active and cooking. If I didn't need money, I would dedicate my life to helping animals in need.
